When we asked
Mr. Winstead what he does for a
living, with a warm smile, he replied
“anything I want”. “That
is not an arrogant statement”,
says Winstead “It means I
have discovered how to make money
doing the things I enjoy. I also
believe, if you want something,
you can have it but you must be
a pupil of the game. Entrepreneurs
affords me the opportunity to assist,
promote, and encourage entrepreneurs
through education, experience, and
most important, applications.
The process of Entrepreneurs
allows contestants and on seers
to participate in the necessary
steps that are applicable to most
business start-ups. We will be
creative, we will utilize all
available resources, we will have
fun, and we will be successful”.

O, as he is
commonly referred to, is the executive
producer and co-writer of Entrepreneurs
The Reality Show and Founder of
O Ent., Inc. ( www.OEntInc.com).
O has coined a phrase and style
of reality show writing that he
likes to refer to as conscience
reality. Conscience Reality is a
brand of reality shows meant to
enhance the life of the viewer and
the contestant. For example, in
Entrepreneurs, contestants and viewers
alike come away with the knowledge
of what goes into a business plan,
how to do a PPO, how to properly
brand and market your company and
more! While Omar admits to being
a fan of the somewhat less helpful
reality shows (He loves Fear Factor)
he feels that his brand of Conscience
Reality (Entrepreneurs - The Reality
Show) will entice those who love
the idea of being entertained and
educated at the same time.

Most people
who accumulate wealth start young
and see the world differently than
the rest of us. Sean is no exception.
He started his first business at
age 15, became a national sales
leader by 20, and by the time he
was 27, well known companies like
Mirage Resorts, MGM, Subaru, Ford,
Coldwell Banker, Inomati, Realty
Executives, Firstplus Mortgage,
Century 21, BMW and Bertelsmann
regularly strengthened their bottom
line by tapping his unique way of
viewing the world. Now, he’s
returned to his roots. After two
years in Europe, showing top companies
how to dominate their market by
combining on-line and offline strategies;
Sean is sharing his keys to success
with entrepreneurs and authors throughout
North America.
No one combines the high tech
power of the Internet with the
high touch power of personal contact
like Sean. He’s worked with
New York Times Bestselling authors,
Fortune 500 companies, successful
real estate investors, and entrepreneurs
to jump-start their efforts.
